1. Information You Provide

AI Meeting Table may process information that you enter or add to the app, including:

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The app stores session data in application-specific storage on your device, including:

This local data remains on your device unless you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

3. API Keys

You may enter API keys for OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic. Windows stores these keys with Windows Credential Manager. Android stores them through an Android Keystore-backed bridge.

API keys are used to authenticate requests to the provider and model you select. API keys are not intentionally sold, shared for advertising, or logged in full.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

AI Meeting Table uses your selected AI provider to generate responses. Depending on your selected provider, model, settings, and session content, the app may send prompts, conversation context, generated content, artifacts, attachments, or attachment content to one or more of these providers:

These providers process data according to their own policies and terms. You should review them before using your API keys with the app:

5. Data Sharing

The app shares data with the AI provider you choose only as needed to provide AI responses, file processing, model refresh, or related AI session features.

The current supported applications do not use a developer-operated backend server. Provider requests are made from the app to the selected third-party AI provider.

The developer does not sell personal data.

6. Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Third-party AI providers may retain or process submitted data according to their own policies, account settings, and terms.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete local data by:

On Android, clearing app data or uninstalling removes application-private sessions, transcripts, artifacts, logs, attachments, settings, and locally stored API keys. On Windows, selecting the uninstaller's local-data removal option removes application data and the app's provider credentials from Windows Credential Manager.

8. Children

AI Meeting Table is not directed to children. Users should only use the app and third-party AI providers if they meet the age and account requirements for those providers and for Google Play in their region.

9. Security

AI Meeting Table uses application-specific local storage. Windows credentials use Windows Credential Manager, and Android credentials use an Android Keystore-backed bridge. Network requests to AI providers use HTTPS.

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You should protect your device, API keys, and provider accounts.

10. International Users

If you use third-party AI providers, your data may be processed in countries where those providers operate. Their handling of submitted data is governed by their own policies and terms.

11. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
